Elementary options include Tumwater Hill, Peter G. Schmidt, Michael T. Simmons, Black Lake, Littlerock, and East Olympia. Middle school students attend Tumwater Middle or Bush Middle; high schoolers attend Tumwater High (Thunderbirds) or Black Hills High.
Tumwater High is especially well-known for its athletics — particularly football and baseball — and competes in the 2A Evergreen Conference. AP course offerings and CTE pathways round out a strong academic program.
